Do you offer affordable/income-restricted housing?

Liberty Crest does not offer affordable/income-restricted housing. We do have several sister communities that offer income-restricted housing options, please visit CowboyProperties.com to learn more.

Do you accept Housing?

Yes.

When is my rent due?

Rent is due the first of the month. Late fees are charged on the third day of the month. If you are struggling to pay your full rent on the first of the month, we have partnered with Flex to offer you flexibility on dates you can pay your rent.

Are there any additional required fees?

Application fee: $45. The application fee is required for each member of the household 18 and over. Married couples may fill out a single application. All non-married adults must each fill out a separate application.

Lease Initiation Fee/Holding Fee: $199 (does not go towards security deposit and is non-refundable).

Security Deposit:  $300

Media Package: $59, includes internet.

Parking: $75 (one stall is required for each apartment). A second parking stall is $100.

Monthly Utilities: Rocky Mountain Power (Electric), Enbridge Gas, Conservice (Water, Trash, Sewage, Common Area Utilities)

Do you run a credit report and background check?

Yes.

Are pets allowed?

We are a pet-free community. Assistance animals are welcome. Please contact us for additional details.

What is the shortest lease that you offer? Do you offer month-to-month leases?

The shortest lease that we offer is six months. We will offer a 1-5 month lease term with a rent premium. We offer an option to go to a month-to-month lease after your initial lease term, which also requires a rent premium.

Is renter’s insurance required?

No, however an insurance wavier is required. Please contact the leasing office for more information.

Do you allow smoking?

We are a non-smoking community.

Do you offer furnished apartments?

Yes, we have a limited number of furnished apartments. Please contact us for details. 

I want to sublet my apartment or put my apartment on Airbnb. Is this allowed?

No subletting of apartments in any form is permitted.
